A weekly early years nature group for children aged 2½ to 4 at Staunton Country Park in Havant, meeting in the courtyard by the Coach House on Monday mornings during term time. Each week has a different theme, with woodland craft, stories and outdoor play, and parents or carers are encouraged to take part. Booking is recommended, with a taster session at £8 or a block of six for £42.

The Mental Elf Festive Fun Run takes place on 29 November 2026 at Staunton Country Park in Havant. Participants can take part in a 5km route, which can be walked, jogged, skipped, pushed, danced or run, or a 2.5km festive family walk. It suits families, groups and dog walkers of all abilities, with children under 16 accompanied by an adult, and raises funds for Havant and East Hants Mind.
